This time I am the guest within our series. I explain what “real-time strategy for the enterprise” means and and show how (and why) to develop it with LSP.
Of course we explain another one of the application techniques: The shared model. It is an ideal technique to align the vision, perception or design of a subject within a team or group.
The founders of the series are the facilitators Laetitia Ramberti (French and Italian), Matthias Renner (German) and Nadia Benedetti (Italian). All three trained as facilitators in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method at the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
